What exactly am I buying?

What do I need?

A Windows PC or laptop with MetaTrader 4 (free from your broker) and/or a TradingView account.

Which instruments does it work on?

Only NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, SENSEX, XAUUSD (Gold) and BTCUSD. It is not designed for other stocks, indices or currency pairs.

How is it delivered?

By email, to the address you give at purchase, within 24–48 hours: your login credentials and the training video. Support is on WhatsApp.

Do the indicators guarantee profits?

No. No indicator can predict the market. All trading decisions and their results are your own responsibility. Please read the disclaimer.

Can I get a refund?

This website is operated by OrderFlow Strategy (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-WB-06-0045681) ("we", "us"), Siliguri, West Bengal. By purchasing or using OrderFlow Strategy you agree to these terms and to the user agreement provided at purchase.

  • Product. MT4 indicators, TradingView indicator access, a training video and setup support, delivered digitally. The indicators are built for NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, SENSEX, XAUUSD and BTCUSD only; use on other symbols is unsupported.
  • Licence. On full payment you receive a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use. You may not resell, share, copy, record, decompile or redistribute the indicators, credentials or videos. Access may be revoked without refund if these terms are broken.
  • No advice. Nothing on this website, in our products or in our support is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
  • Risk. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any profit or loss. We are not liable for trading losses, broker or platform issues, or data errors.
  • Third-party platforms. MetaTrader 4 and TradingView are owned by third parties. We are not responsible for changes they make that affect the indicators.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Siliguri, West Bengal.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • OrderFlow Strategy is a digital product. All sales are final and no refunds are given once payment is made.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after payment.
  • Duplicate payment: if you are charged twice for the same order by mistake, the extra amount is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • If you have not received your access within 48 hours, contact us and we will deliver it.

We sell digital products only; nothing is physically shipped. After successful payment, login credentials and the training video are sent to the email address given at purchase within 24–48 hours. If you don't receive them, check your spam folder and then contact us on WhatsApp or email.

Privacy Policy

  • What we collect: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, TradingView username and payment reference.
  • Why: to deliver the product, issue invoices, provide support and meet legal requirements.
  • Payments: card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment gateway. We do not store them.
  • Sharing: we do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business or when required by law.
  • Your rights: email us to see, correct or delete your data.
